Seafood lovers won’t want to miss the XXV Festival do Marisco e da Cerveja on Friday, alongside the opening of the festival restaurant throughout the weekend. The massive musical lineup features live performances from Não Há 2 Sem 3, Fusion the Key, Grupo RGN, Pharol, Grupo 9 Ritmos, Banda Acesso, Loosen Belt, and Kid Loco & Los Mysterios, with late-night beats from DJs André Cerqueira, Diogo Correia, and Mike e Tocha. The event also highlights traditional street parades by Fanfarra com Farratuga and the Filarmónica do Soutocico, face painting, a fun “Corrida de Frangos,” local folklore from Rancho Folclórico do Freixial, the traditional Corrida de Cântaros, and moving religious services including a candlelit procession.
