May 10 & 11This weekend, head to Proença-Velha, at the Idanha-a-Nova council, to taste tradition and live unique moments.
On his 19th. The edition, the Festival of Traditional Soups, is a real anthem to the finest gastronomy. Here you serve memories by the spoon, in soups made with ancient flavors and authentic ingredients.
