This sports event is the third edition of the Taça Sobreirense, a 24-hour futsal tournament organized by Sport Clube Sobreirense with support from the local municipality and parish of Proença-a-Nova. Taking place at the pavilion of the old São Tiago Institute in Sobreira Formosa, the competition requires a minimum of 8 teams to run. Prizes and trophies are awarded to the top three teams.
