Festas em Honra de S. Bento – Torroselo, Seia

Experience the true day of Saint Benedict at this lively two-day festival packed with unique traditions and summer fun! Saturday kicks off with the traditional Corrida dos Púcaros and a 5-a-side mini football tournament, alongside a giant inflatable for the kids, a community bar, and a delicious spit-roasted pork dinner. Dance through the evening with a sunset session starting at 18:00 featuring 80s and 90s hits from DJ Olavo, followed by a major concert with the famous Irmãos Coragem. Sunday brings rich cultural heritage to the forefront with an outdoor mass, a charity bazaar, a live concert by the Banda de Torroselo, and the beautiful traditional Romaria das Ovelhas procession around the chapel.
