Festa em Honra de Nossa Senhora de Fátima – Arões São Romão

This religious celebration takes place over the weekend of May 9 and 10, 2026, at the Capela de Oleiros. The event begins on Saturday morning with a traditional drumming group (Zés P’reiras) marching through the parish. Sunday’s program is packed with variety, starting with a community walk through local trails, followed by a performance from a folk dancing group (Rancho Folclórico de Paços). The festivities conclude with a solemn Mass and a religious procession through the local streets, starting and ending at the chapel.
