Breath of Letting Go: A Samhain Kriya & Gong Journey – Mega Fundeira

As the year turns inwards and the veil between worlds is thin, we invite you to a powerful ceremony of release and renewal. Join us in the serene valley of Mega Fundeira for a day where ancient breathwork, mindful connection with nature, and immersive sound healing guide you to let go of the past and welcome the winter’s quiet with an open heart.
This Samhain gathering is designed for conscious transition. We will begin by grounding ourselves with a Nature Resonance Meditation, tuning into the rhythms of the autumn land. We then harness the active, purifying power of Rebirthing Kriya—a potent Kundalini Yoga breath technique—to break cycles and release what weighs on the soul. This cathartic journey is then sealed with a deep, restorative Gong Bath, allowing the vibrations to integrate your release and bathe your nervous system in profound peace.
✨ What’s Included:
· Nature Resonance Meditation: A guided practice to connect with the autumn landscape, listening to and absorbing the natural frequencies of the valley.
· Rebirthing Kriya Workshop: A transformative breathing meditation to purge emotional blocks and stagnant energy.
· Restorative Gong Bath: An immersive sound journey to calm the mind, soothe the body, and integrate the experience.
· Herbal Tea Circle: Share reflections over specially selected, warming organic teas and wholesome snacks.
· Optional upgrade: A 60-minute herbal massage after the event to deeply embody your newfound clarity.
