Grandiosos Festejos em Honra de Nossa Senhora da Piedade – Urqueira

A three-day summer festival featuring religious traditions, live music, and regional dining. Friday evening features a solemn Mass and candlelit procession, followed by a rock tribute performance by Banda Rock Prova de Fogo and a late-night set by DJ Damn Sisters. Saturday afternoon starts with a bazaar and kids’ inflatable, followed by the restaurant opening and a musical lineup including NS Music, Banda Semibreve, and DJ Saint. Sunday begins with a morning procession floats collection accompanied by Concertinas Carlos Barbosa, a solemn Mass and procession, and an afternoon restaurant opening. The rest of Sunday features more concertina music, a performance by Rancho Folclórico da Casa do Povo de Fátima, an evening set by Banda Estrada e Vários, and a raffle draw. The restaurant service throughout the festival serves lamb, green soups, and roasted chicken.
