Festa em Honra de Nossa Senhora dos Remédios – Golfar

A traditional three-day religious and community summer celebration featuring a permanent bar service. Friday evening opens with a Mass followed by a candlelit procession, wrapping up with musical animation by Carlos Fial. Saturday features the arrival and street parade of the Banda de Música de Vila Boa de Quires, a morning Mass and procession, an afternoon performance by the band, a farewell ceremony to Senhor dos Aflitos, and a grand evening dance with Grupo Musical Paulo Henriques. Sunday kicks off with a morning awakening by the drumming group Bombos de Miguel Chôco, a religious Celebration of the Word, afternoon children’s activities (inflatables, face painting, and animation), performances by Beirões da Concertina and Rancho C.C.R de Mêda, and a closing dance with Irmãos Coragem.
