DESCRIPTION:Festa das Rosas\n\nEventos \n\n\nA Festa das Rosas decorre todos os anos na freguesia de Vila Franca\, em Viana do Castelo\, marcando o início das romarias na região. A edição de 2025 acontece entre os dias 9 e 12 de maio e\, como sempre\, o destaque vai para o Desfile dos Cestos Floridos\, confecionados com caules\, folhas\, botões e pétalas de flores naturais\, que são transportados na cabeça das mordomas\, como oferenda a Nossa Senhora do Rosário. \nPara além do desfile\, destaque ainda para o Festival de Folclore\, com atuação de grupos folclóricos nacionais e internacionais\, e ainda para as barracas de comes e bebes\, venda de doces tradicionais e outras diversões para todas as idades. \n\n\n\nRose Festival\n\nEvents \n\n\nThe Rose Festival takes place every year in the parish of Vila Franca\, in Viana do Castelo\, marking the beginning of the region’s pilgrimages. The 2025 edition takes place between May 9 and 12 and\, as always\, the highlight is the Flower Basket Parade\, made with stems\, leaves\, buds and petals of natural flowers\, which are carried on the heads of the mordomas as an offering to Our Lady of the Rosary. \nIn addition to the parade\, there will also be a Folklore Festival\, with performances by national and international folklore groups\, as well as food and drink stalls\, the sale of traditional sweets and other entertainment for all ages.
